Data you choose to add

When you import a document or photo, FolioMorrow may store a local copy together with extracted text, structured facts, evidence excerpts, document relationships, actions, reminders, and corrections you make.

The documents you choose may contain sensitive personal, financial, insurance, identity, vehicle, housing, warranty, or contract information. You decide what to add and when to remove it.

On-device processing

FolioMorrow uses Apple frameworks available on your device, including PDFKit, Vision, and supported on-device model capabilities. Extraction, classification, matching suggestions, comparisons, and focused document questions are designed to run locally. Important results remain reviewable and traceable to evidence in the original document.

Storage and protection

FolioMorrow stores its library in private app and share-extension containers protected by iOS Complete Data Protection. When the device is locked, protected FolioMorrow files are not available to the app. The app also covers document content when it moves to the background.

FolioMorrow 1.0 does not use iCloud or CloudKit sync. The developer cannot recover your local library if you lose it, delete it, or remove the app.

Sharing and third parties

FolioMorrow does not transmit your documents, extracted text, structured facts, evidence, corrections, relationships, actions, or questions to ZQ Forge or to a third-party service.

Information leaves FolioMorrow only when you deliberately use an iOS system picker, export action, or share sheet. The destination you choose then handles that copy under its own terms.

Purchases

FolioMorrow uses Apple's StoreKit and App Store services to display products, complete purchases, verify access, and restore purchases. Apple processes payment information and may handle purchase or device-related information under Apple's Privacy Policy. Purchase requests do not include your documents, extracted text, questions, or document library.

Permissions

• Files and Photos: used only when you select an item through an iOS picker or share it to FolioMorrow.
• Camera: used only when you choose to photograph a document.
• Notifications: used for local reminders you explicitly create or enable.

You can change permissions in iOS Settings. Denying an optional permission does not remove existing records.

Retention and deletion

Local data remains until you delete the relevant document or remove the app. Deleting a document removes its FolioMorrow record, local copy, extracted text, derived actions, relationships, analysis artifacts, and scheduled reminders. It does not delete the source file or photo outside FolioMorrow.

Support messages

If you contact support, your email address and the information you choose to send are used only to respond, diagnose the issue, protect the service, and meet legal obligations. Do not attach a private document unless it is necessary and you are authorized to share it.

Children and changes

FolioMorrow is a personal productivity app and is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy when the app changes and will revise the date above. Material changes will be communicated where required.
