Import a document
Use Add to choose a PDF or image from Files or Photos, scan with the camera, or send a supported item through the iOS share sheet. Keep Threadmark open while the import finishes. If extraction needs review, open the document and confirm or correct the highlighted fields.
Connect a newer document
Threadmark may suggest that a document belongs to the same policy, lease, vehicle, identity, warranty, contract, or subscription. Review the evidence before confirming. You can remove a relationship or reconsider an ignored suggestion later.
Ask about a document
Open a document or life area and use its focused Ask feature. Answers are intentionally bounded to imported evidence. If Threadmark cannot support an answer from the available documents, it will say so instead of guessing.
Reminders
Threadmark uses local notifications only after you allow them. Review due dates before enabling an action. You can change notification permission in iOS Settings and manage or delete actions inside Threadmark.
Export and sharing
Threadmark exports an original document only when you choose Share or Export. Check the destination before sending. The receiving app or service handles the copy under its own privacy terms.
Delete local data
Deleting a document removes its Threadmark copy and derived records, but it does not delete the original file or photo outside the app. Threadmark has no account or cloud sync, so deleted local data cannot be restored by ZQ Forge.
