Agreement and license
By using FieldPalm, you agree to these terms. Your download and use of the app are also governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement; if these terms conflict with that agreement, the Apple agreement controls to the extent required.
Professional responsibility
FieldPalm is a documentation aid, not a substitute for professional judgment, safety procedures, legal requirements, equipment instructions, or an inspection by a qualified person. You are responsible for reviewing all extracted, matched, transcribed, or generated content before relying on it or sharing it.
Your content and permissions
You retain ownership of content you enter or capture. You are responsible for having authority to collect, store, sign, export, and share customer information, images, locations, and other evidence, and for following applicable workplace, privacy, and recordkeeping rules.
Subscriptions and purchases
Prices and billing periods are shown by the App Store before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew according to the terms shown by Apple unless canceled through your Apple subscription settings. Deleting FieldPalm does not cancel a subscription. Refunds and billing are handled under Apple’s applicable policies.
Local data and availability
FieldPalm is local-first and does not provide a cloud backup service. You are responsible for device access, available storage, backups, exported files, and retaining records required for your work. Features may vary by device, operating-system version, language, region, permission, and Apple service availability.
Acceptable use
Do not use FieldPalm unlawfully, to infringe another person’s rights, to bypass safety controls, or to interfere with the app or related services. You may not reverse engineer or redistribute the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FieldPalm is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. ZQ Forge is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the app. Nothing here limits rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Changes and contact
We may update the app or these terms. Continued use after an effective update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law. Questions: fieldpalm@zqforge.com.
