Data you create

Depending on the features you use, FieldPalm may process Job numbers, service details, customer names and addresses, notes, photos, optional location metadata, equipment text, Before/After matches, voice recordings and transcripts, closeout details, customer acknowledgements and signatures, reports, and evidence packages.

This information is stored in FieldPalm’s app container on your device. Temporary voice audio is deleted after successful transcription or when you discard it. Reports and exported files remain until you delete them from the location where you saved them.

On-device processing

Photo organization, supported equipment text recognition, image comparison, supported speech recognition, and supported intelligent closeout assistance run on the device. Suggestions remain editable and require your review before confirmation.

Sharing and third parties

FieldPalm sends Job content outside the app only when you deliberately use the iOS share sheet or another system picker. The destination you choose then handles that copy under its own terms.

FieldPalm may communicate with Apple services to retrieve App Store product information, process purchases, verify entitlements, manage subscriptions, and optionally check Apple’s public App Store Lookup service for a newer FieldPalm version. These requests do not include your Job records, photos, customer details, equipment information, notes, signatures, reports, or evidence packages. Apple handles purchase and technical request information under its own privacy terms; ZQ Forge does not receive your payment-card details.

Permissions

• Camera and Photos: capture or import Job evidence.
• Location: optionally attach capture-location metadata.
• Microphone and Speech Recognition: record and transcribe optional closeout notes.

You can change permissions in iOS Settings. Denying an optional permission does not remove existing Job records.

Support messages

If you contact support, your email address and the information you choose to send are used only to respond, diagnose the issue, protect the service, and meet legal obligations. Do not send customer evidence unless it is necessary and you are authorized to share it.

Retention and deletion

Local data remains until you delete the relevant Job or remove the app. Removing the app normally removes its local container, but it does not delete files you previously exported. Support correspondence is retained only as reasonably needed for the purposes above.

Children and changes

FieldPalm is a professional productivity app and is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy when the app changes and will revise the date above. Material changes will be communicated where required.
