1. Service Description

Refind provides screenshot search, OCR recognition, local indexing, classification, organization, and related features. Availability may vary depending on the iOS version, device capabilities, permissions, storage space, and app version.

2. Your Responsibilities

You must use Refind only with photos, screenshots, and other content that you are authorized to access and process. You are responsible for complying with applicable laws, regulations, and Apple platform rules.

3. Local Processing and Device Limitations

Some features rely on local processing, photo permissions, available storage, and iOS system capabilities. OCR, indexing, classification, and search results may be incomplete or inaccurate. The camera is used only when you explicitly open the Live OCR feature, and the blur tool processes images entirely on-device.

4. Purchases and Subscriptions

If Refind offers Pro subscriptions or one-time purchases, transactions are completed through the Apple App Store. Pricing, billing period, renewal, and cancellation information are shown on the purchase screen and in your Apple account settings.

5. Refunds

Refund requests for purchases made through the App Store are generally handled by Apple according to Apple's applicable refund policies.

6. Changes to the Service

We may improve, add, modify, or remove features over time to improve compatibility, security, performance, and product experience.

7. Disclaimer

OCR, classification, and search results may contain errors, omissions, or inaccurate matches. Do not rely on Refind as the sole basis for medical, legal, financial, or other high-risk professional decisions.
